The Ethics and Compliance Committee ensures the strengthening of ethics, integrity, and good relationship practices across the Company’s interactions with all its stakeholders, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of the Tigre Integrity Program.
It is the internal advisory body to the Board of Directors, responsible for receiving, analyzing, and investigating reports submitted through the Ethics Channel, ensuring impartial, independent, and confidential handling.
Its role includes conducting investigations and submitting recommendations to management, ensuring the appropriate handling and effective resolution of all reported matters.

Reports may be submitted via app, website, or phone, with 24/7 support from a psychology professional.
Grupo Tigre receives it
The specialized provider records the report and forwards the information to Grupo Tigre.
The Ethics Committee reviews it
The Ethics Committee handles the reports, guides the analyses, and supports oversight of the Integrity Program and Compliance actions.
