The Administrative Council has as its mission to assure business’ continuity, preserve principles and values of the company and ensure the improvement of good corporative governance practices.

That is why Tigre Group has invested in forming a professional Council. It is consisted by renowned executives who are responsible for determine a strategic direction for the business and help on company's decision-making.

Currently, the executive Felipe Hansen, who took over the position in April 2015, succeeding his mother Rosane Maria Fausto Hansen, chairs Tigre’s Administrative Council.

Despite of the corporate format, the existence of a Council tends to provide better results, a more assertive strategic planning and good management practices, what increases the organization’s competitiveness.

According to good practices of governance, 5 members compose Tigre Group’s Administrative Council, 4 of them are Independent Directors elected by the Ordinary General Assembly of shareholders, with two-year term.

Meet Our Counselors and Managers


Tigre is an anonymous privately held corporation, with family-controlling interest and professional management. Its governance structure, aligned with the best practices, is composed of a Shareholders Assembly, supported by a Family Council.

Administrative Council is consisted by five members: four of them are independents, with a two-year term. According to the Novo Mercado of BM & FBovespa rules, there is no accumulation of Administrative Council's President and President-Executive Chief functions.
